Title: Italy: new Peroni agreement characterized by flexibility and telework

Last week, Peroni, the famous beer producer (founded in 1846 and bought, in 2003, by SABMiller, the South-African group), signed an agreement with the trade unions for the renewal of the company agreement for 2012-2014, affecting about 1,400 workers in Rome, Padua and Bari. Novelties include: a telework experiment, increased flexibility and a result-based bonus which can get up to EUR 6,075 in three years. (Ref. 120238)
